By agreeing to these Terms of Service you are stating that you understand that the dog you are buying is Pet Only. Pet only price means no AKC papers or breeding rights. This means that you are not allowed to breed with any dogs purchased from Forever Love Dachshunds now or at any time in the future. If you are found out to have used one of our dogs to produce a litter legal repercussions can occur which will result in a fine, potential loss of the dog, all costs of court, and a ban from ever purchasing from Forever Love Dachshunds or any of it partners again.
SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us.
